Hotel Adler Spa & Sport Resort has been owned and managed by members of the Sanoner family since 1810, when this superb establishment, situated in the historic center of Ortisei and surrounded by some 9000sqm of park and gardens, first opened its doors to an elite clientele.
Since that time the elegant bedrooms, many of which with breathtaking views of the mountains, have been constantly upgraded so as to offer today's guests a stylish combination of classic South Tyrolean furnishings and the latest in modern technology.
Excellent local, Mediterranean and vegetarian dishes feature on the menus of Hotel Adler's gourmet restaurant, menus accompanied by a wine list containing an exhaustive selection of the most prestigious Italian wines. A delicious buffet lunch is served in the conservatory or, al fresco, on the garden terrace. For those guests wishing to following Professor Leitzmann's ovo-lacto vegetarian principles, there are the hotel's flavour-packed "Vitality" meals.
